Hi Simon, the black bracket, lhs on the fuel rail is still in. There is no touch condination with the manifold?
There are some manufacturers like as and mountune, who recommend to take off this bracket.
Furthermore there were already some incidents with non proper assembled manifolds, driven by availability of this bracket.

I have not noticed during assembly that it tightly between them so I do not expect any problems.

I see an new seal on the on the inlet tube. Is ist selfmade or is it a part of the Elevate manifold ?

it is a part of the Elevate manifold, Everything you need is included in the delivery, Gasket instead (packing), 4 screws for throttle and 2 hose clamps


Gasket instead of O-rings: The factory inlet manifold uses O-rings around each of the five ports to seal to the lower manifold.
This design limits port dimensions.
Our design uses a gasket which we designed in-house and have manufactured to our specification.
Using a gasket instead of O-rings allows us to increase port dimensions to match the larger ports of the factory lower manifold.
The gasket has the added benefit of blocking heat transfer from the standard lower manifold (which is bolted to the cylinder head)
to our Performance Inlet Manifold, keeping the inlet charge cooler.

Der Vorteil der behaupteten verbesserten "thermischen Isolation" der Alubrücke durch die flächige Dichtung anstatt den einzelnen Dichtringe mit ansonsten Kontakt Alu-Alu (zw. unterer Ansaugbrücke welche am Motorblock fixiert ist und dieser oberen von Elevate) ist vernachlässigbar, das haben schon viele gemessen. Die Alubrücken sind bei laufendem Motor am Stand ziemlich warm, was ja auch die untere Ansaugbrücke ist .. bei Fahrt sind sie nur handwarm und außerdem ist die Luft ja nur etwa 1/100-stel Sekunde in der Brücke - keine Zeit um viel Wärme aufzunehmen
