so whats the case in Germany as my car is registered in Germany and i live in Germany.if its the case that its not allowed in Germany why are there so many people selling the race versions

i am new to this forum and i have a question.can i put a race version exhaust on my car and have no problems with the police and TÜV.........Kann man auf die strasse fahren mit ein milltek race loud auspuffanlage ohne problem?????????????
